Legislative regular session through Apr. 30, 2011

As is typical, the first week of a legislative session is slow, but this was remarkable in that only one identified bill even came in front of committee, and was fairly quickly dismissed. Next week several bills are cued up, and hearings coverage should begin on some of them in this space.
