Note: With HB 68 stalled, HB 1272 became a vessel for its contents, and thus has been added to the list of good bills. Also, SB 185 has been removed from the list of good bills because of questions over the constitutionality, meaning, and unintended consequences of the proposed law.


THIS WEEK FOR THE GOOD: HB 302 passed the Senate and the House rejected Senate amendments; HB 556 had the House concur with Senate amendments and was sent to the governor; HB 962 passed the Senate and was sent to the governor; HB 1143 had Senate amendments rejected by the House; HB 1171 with minor amendments passed Senate committee and the Senate; HB 1226 was passed by the Senate; HB 1247 was concurred in by the House and was sent to the governor; HB 1272 with major amendments passed the Senate and was concurred in by the House; HB 1292 was concurred in by the House and sent to the governor; HB 1337 with minor amendments passed Senate committee, failed to pass, and was passed by the Senate; HB 1370 passed the Senate and was sent to the governor; HB 1407 had amendments concurred in by the House and was sent to the governor; HB 1408 had amendments concurred in the by the House and was sent to the governor; HB 1488 passed Senate committee and the Senate; SB 9 was signed by the governor, SB 13 had House amendments concurred with by the Senate and was sent to the governor; SB 310 passed the House was concurred in by the Senate; SB 391 with minor amendments passed House committee; SB 392 with minor amendments passed House committee; SB 471 passed the House; SB 534 passed the House; SB 606 with minor amendments passed House committee and the House.
