THE GOOD: HB 908 by Rep. Kevin Pearson would improve paying off the unfunded accrued liability of a pension system; HB 910 by Rep. Kirk Talbot would remove future nonessential non-state employees from receiving a state pension.

THE BAD: SB 361 by Sen. Blade Morrish would put needless restrictions on eligibility for school vouchers.
